DATE BALLS

A favorite treat in our house!

You’ll need the following ingredients:

215g dates

70g cashews

88g almond meal (can also use fresh almonds)

45g cocoa

50g organic desiccated coconut

20g coconut oil

30g rice malt syrup

Method:

Soak dates in water for 20 minutes. Place all ingredients into a food processor. If consistency is too dry please add a little more coconut oil. Roll into small balls. Roll into desiccated coconut (optional). Keep in refrigerator. Enjoy!
